Recycled Gift Tags

I got this fun, crafty, and environmental friendly project from the about.com Web site. It involves taking those old greeting cards that no one know what to do with and recycling them into gift tags. This is also a great family project.

Materials

Used greeting cards

Ribbon

Markers or pen

Directions

Cut out in fun shapes the picture on the front of the card. You can get a few tags from one card. Try using fun edged scissors. 

Punch a hole on top of the tag.

Tie on the ribbon ( 4-5 inches) through the hole.

On back of tag write any personal message you want.

* When cutting out the tags make sure you cut them out big enough to write a message on the back.
