Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

I got this recipe from the Recipes.com Web site and is great even if your not a baker because it involves NO baking. They are filled with a combination of three delicious cookies; chocolate, peanut butter, and oatmeal. Enjoy! 

Ingredients 

1/2 cup milk 

1/2 cup butter or margarine

2 cups white sugar

1/2 cup peanut butter

3 cups quick cooking oats

5 tablespoons cocoa powder

*(These are optional but I recommend them) 

1/2 cup chopped walnuts 

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup flaked coconut

Directions

Cook butter or margarine, milk and sugar in pot and boil for 1 and 1/2 minutes.

Add peanut butter, oatmeal, cocoa powder and any of the optional ingredients.

Drop balls of the mixture on waxed paper.

Allow to cool before serving.
