Taco Night
Taco night
Taco night has always been a favorite dinner idea in my family. I try to always incorporate new ideas and items to the toppings on our taco’s. I usually have tomatoes, onions, peppers, and avocado all cut up and smashed separately in different bowls. To try something a little different, I wanted to make homemade guacamole and have all those wonderful ingredients combined instead of separate. So I created my own guacamole recipe, trying to remember what ingredients should be in the mix.
Ingredients:
2/3 avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 lime, juiced
Pinch of salt
1 clove garlic chopped
1 tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup diced onion
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
Directions:
In a large bowl mash together the avocados.
Squeeze the lime juice in the bowl.
Add salt.
Mix in onion, tomatoes, and garlic.
Stir in cayenne pepper.
Serve immediately.
