Hey Diddle Diddle

I am writing today about a mother daughter team who work together to create art, collect vintage items, and sell the items that intrigue them. Karen and her daughter Emily, located in Portland, have been creating and selling products for many years and in many different markets. They are drawn to vintage inspired creations, but dabble in other mediums such as, clay sculptures that are hand molded, carved, and painted with a vintage flair.

Karen gets her inspiration from unique holiday magazines and greeting cards, while Emily focuses on more vintage inspired cards trimmed with lace, buttons and other items. Emily also makes one of a kind jewelry, usually thats inspired by a single item. Hey Diddle Diddle is a charm bracelet that focused around a fork, knife, and spoon, “just one novel or gorgeous bead can get my imagination flowing for another one of a kind piece.”
