Grouper Sandwich

Grouper Sandwich

I always like to come up with new and tasty ideas for dinner so I never get sick of anything. Fish has always ben a favorite of mine, but most recipes call for butter and lemon, which can become somewhat boring and repetitive if done all the time. I came up with this recipe after having something similar at a restaurant one night.

Ingredients

Grouper filet (1 per sandwich). Can use another fish if you like, but I like grouper.

Cajun seasoning

Olive oil for drizzling

1 roll per sandwich

Tartar sauce

Lettuce & tomato

Directions

Drizzle olive oil onto fish and season with cajun seasoning.

Cook fish on grill surface or in frying pan until done.

Toast roll on grill or pan (you can chose not to do this step).

Place fish on toasted roll.

Spread tartar sauce on roll, top with lettuce and tomato.

ENJOY!
