Homemade Peanut Clusters

Homemade Peanut Clusters

I absolutely love baking during the holiday season. I usually bake cookies and an apple pie, but I like to mix up the recipes a bit. My favorite ingredient to use is chocolate, and adding this ingredient to my recipes is a must. While making cookies last year, I had leftover chocolate and peanuts, and decided to put these two together to make peanut clusters. They turned out yummy and amazing.

Ingredients

Baking chocolate ( I use Nestles Toll House )

Peanuts or cashews

Raisins  ( optional )

Sprinkles ( optional )

Wax paper

Directions

Melt chocolate according to package directions.

Place a few peanuts or cashews in a clump on wax paper.

Can place raisins in with the peanuts.

Drizzle chocolate onto each peanut clump.

Can put sprinkles on top if want.

Let cool off and harden.

Take off of wax paper.

Enjoy!
