Chocolate Covered Pretzels

Chocolate Covered Pretzels

I absolutely love this recipe and it is fun and easy to make for the holidays. You can make it with your family and can differentiate the ingredients a bit. The recipe involves chocolate and pretzels with candy sprinkles and peanuts.

Ingredients…

6 (1 ounce) squares white or milk chocolate

1 (15 ounce) package mini twist pretzels or pretzel rods

Red and green candy sprinkles (optional)

Chopped peanuts (optional)

Directions…

Melt chocolate in the top of a double boiler, stirring constantly.

Dip pretzel halfway into the chocolate, completely covering half of the pretzel. Roll in topping if desired, and lay on wax paper.

Continue the process until all of the chocolate is finished.

Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes to harden.

Store in airtight container.
