Meatloaf
Meatloaf
A traditional family comfort food that has been around for a very long time and is a favorite is meatloaf. I remember eating this as a child and I can probably say that everyone else remembers this too. As a child I never knew what meatloaf was or what was in the dish, all I knew was that I liked pouring ketchup on it. Now that I cook for my family, I try to find recipes that I know everyone will enjoy. I got this easy meatloaf recipe from a friend and decided to shear it will you.
Ingredients…
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 cup milk
1 egg
3/4 cup dried bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
