Registering for a Shower

I just started registering for my wedding shower and I didn’t realize how difficult it can be. I already have my own place, so I do have the majority of household items one might ask for when registering. I do plan on asking for new stuff though like a toaster, towels, and pot and pans. Not knowing what to register for is just one difficultly. A greater difficulty is knowing what prices to register for. To expensive and your wasting the guests times, but to cheap and you might just get a washcloth.

These are not even the parts that I am worried and confused about. I am more worried about how a lot of the items say online only. Now I have many guests who are over the age of 35, and do not know how to order on line and refuse to do so. Keeping this in mind, I went directly to the store and registered with the fun little gun thing. Plus it was fun to do with my future husband. I printed out the sheet, and even though I scanned it in the store, somethings said online only. How is this possible? I saw it in the store, scanned it in the store, and now it’s only online. This makes no sense and all the stores are like this. 

Anyways this whole registering thing is not as easy or fun as I thought it would be.
