Cream Cheese Frosting
I first tried cream cheese frosting when I went to taste wedding cake with my mm for my upcoming wedding. Let me just say, it was amazing. I had it on a piece of red velvet cake and the two flavors just complimented each other. Even though I ended up going with a buttercream frosting, this cream cheese delight is on my top list. I found a recipe for it on my favorite cooking site, recipes.com and it is a very simple and easy recipe.

Ingredients…
1/2 cup butter, softened
8 ounces cream cheese
4 cups confectioners’ sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions…
Beat softened butter and cream cheese until well blended.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
Beat until creamy.
