Farmer’s Market at Union Square in NYC

Last weekend I went to my first NYC farmer’s market and it was really amazing. I am originally from upstate NY, so I was comparing this big city market to the markets I have been going to my whole life. I was not disappointed. 

The Market was at Union Square park and included fruit, vegetable, flower, honey, and meat stands to name a few. Artists were also present with stands filled with artwork. 

I purchased fresh parsley and some honey straight off the beehive. I also enjoyed looking at the arrangement of art.

If your in the MYC area, I recommend visiting the Union Square farmers market. You won’t be disappointed, unless it rains.
